Cervatus the Brute by kpstormie Cervatus the Brute by kpstormie
My entry for the 2013 Bio-Cup over on MocPages. It's nice to be bio-moccing again.

I've got to think up an awesome story for this guy, guess that's what I'll be doing at work this weekend!

Wow! This reminds me of G1 Transformers. Are all these pieces from Hero Factory?

A good majority of them were, main exception being the hockey chestplate.  The frame I built this around was mostly Technic, very little HF underneath the armor.

I love that you've managed to actually use the Hero Factory pieces in a way that looks good and solid. Nice!

Found this while spelunking DevArt.  Nice work with the fingers!  I used to be a member on BZPower, and I remember reading somewhat heated arguments about how to successfully incorporate fingers into one's MOCs.  I'm also curious what sort of mask you used, as it doesn't look like anything I remember.  But, I did lose interest in Bionicle very soon after the Glatorian storyline began, so if the Mask is from that then obviously I wouldn't have known.  It almost looks like you cut up a known Mask to make this one.
